Pastor Jan grew up in Hopkins, Minnesota, a suburb of Minneapolis. She graduated from the University of Minnesota with a B.S. degree in Biology. She attended Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, where she obtained her Master of Divinity degree. She also attended Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota, and did a year of internship at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Great Falls, Montana. Pastor Jan was ordained on May 16, 2001. Her first call was to a church in Liberal, Kansas. She has been at All Saints since January 2003.
Pastor Jan loves music and plays guitar. She is an avid birdwatcher and enjoys nature. On her days off she will likely be found hiking on Grand Mesa with her little dog, Molly. |
